A founding partner of ER Marketing, Elton continually searches for ways to improve how agencies approach business, believing in work that makes a difference rather than just making noise. Elton’s nearly 30-year career spans media, production, finance, and marketing roles, and includes companies from ad agencies to casinos to building products. This diverse experience allows Elton to provide a unique perspective to client business planning and marketing strategy.
Elton currently serves as the VP of Chapter Development on the National Board of Directors for the Business Marketing Association as well as the President of the Kansas City Chapter of BMA.
